The BUPA Local HospitalCare scheme does not provide cover for out-patient consultations and therapies prior to in-patient/daycase stay. Cover is only provided for up to two consultations and any therapy treatments both in the six months immediately following any eligible treatment. BUPA Local HospitalCare offers cover for treatment at a special network of BUPA Partnership Hospitals. This is a less extensive network than is offered on BUPACare, but can be found in most areas.

**Membership is subject to acceptance by BUPA and the rules and benefits of the scheme you apply for including exclusions, restrictions and any other special conditions that may apply.
