Discounts off the costs of subscribing to BUPA
BUPA, the leading independent health and care provider, has got
together with the CCBA to offer its members a discount off the
cost of subscribing to BUPACare.
Occasionally, we all need a day or two off work with flu or a
stomach bug. But what if your illness is more serious, or you
have an injury? It's at these times you want treatment as soon
as possible, so you can get back to living a normal life again.
With BUPA you could benefit from prompt private medical care
at a time that suits you. You have a choice of who treats you
and where. Plus, you can relax, usually in your own room with
an en-suite bathroom, a phone and television.
If you have a family, you can also use your discount to cover
your partner and children up to the age of 21 (or 24 if in full-time
education) under your membership.
Unlike most other health care organisations, BUPA is a provident
association. It has no shareholders to pay, which means any profits
can be reinvested in health and care services. BUPA has over 50
years' experience in providing private health cover. It also has
its own hospitals, care homes and health screening centres around
the country.

or after your first renewal date and the right to vary payments
during a contract year if the rate of Insurance Premium
Tax changes. Terms and conditions of BUPA group schemes
may differ from those of BUPA personal schemes.
Membership is subject to acceptance by BUPA and the rules and
benefits of the scheme you apply for including exclusions, restrictions
and any other special conditions that may apply. Precise terms
of cover will depend on assessment of your individual circumstances.
Full details are available on request and will be sent to you
